These GTC apply to all contracts and digital services between Greycapital LLC (hereinafter "Provider") and the users of the platform www.grey-capital.com and connected channels (e.g. Discord, Telegram, Memberspot).
2. subject matter of the contract
Grey Capital offers digital content, market analyses, trading ideas, coaching and community formats for education and training in the financial markets.
The information provided does not constitute financial, tax or investment advice. Users are responsible for making their own decisions.
3. risk warning
Trading on financial markets is associated with high risks - up to and including total loss. The provider gives no guarantee of success. Past results are not a reliable indicator of future developments. The provider is not licensed as a financial advisor as defined by law.
4. prices & payment processing
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include statutory VAT, if applicable.
Payment is processed exclusively via Stripe. Access to digital content is activated after successful payment.
monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled in due time.
5. contract term & termination
Die Kündigung ist eingeloggt bequem über das Kundenportal innerhalb deines Profils möglich oder jederzeit über diesen Link im Stripe-Kundenportal. Eine Stilllegung der Zahlung gilt nicht als Kündigung und eine Rückerstattung nach Start der Laufzeit ist ausgeschlossen.
6. Ntzungsrechte
The content provided via Grey Capital is intended exclusively for personal use.
Any distribution or publication - in part or in full - is prohibited without express consent. In the event of violation, access will be withdrawn and legal action may be taken. There is no entitlement to a refund.
7. community rules
In interactive areas (e.g. Discord, Telegram), respectful interaction is mandatory.
Insults, spam, political content or commercial self-promotion lead to exclusion - temporarily or permanently. The provider reserves the right to moderate and delete content.
8. data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
users have the right to information, correction and deletion of their data at any time in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
9. right of withdrawal for digital products
When access to digital content begins (e.g. after login or activation), the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with Section 356 (5) BGB or international equivalents. Users explicitly confirm this at the time of purchase.
10. final provisions
The law of the US state of New Mexico shall apply, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, insofar as no mandatory consumer protection regulations conflict with this.
The place of jurisdiction is Albuquerque, NM. Should a clause be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.
